With over 30 years of experience caring for families, babies, and children, my work is rooted in both lived experience and professional training as a certified postpartum doula.

My approach is steady, intuitive, and practical—supporting you through the early postpartum season with newborn care, feeding, recovery, and a seamless, reassuring presence in your home.
